Would appreciate any education or recommendations folks could provide to help me make the right decision If I'm not planning on playing anything with a serious need for large refresh-rates such as FPS or competitive multiplayer, would that just more be a 'nice to have for me?' At the size I'm looking at and given it's not a large screen TV, how important would VRR even be?ġ. What I'm having an issue with is finding something that's HDMI 2.1, which I've heard is supposed to be the desirable option for VRR (variable refresh rate)ġ. I fond some ones like the: LG 27UK650-W that looked good for the purpose and ticked a few boxes I understand are important: Ideally, something around the 27" looks to be the sweet spot that I've seen for monitors people are using. I'm looking for a monitor and not a TV as I would like to keep everything on my desk, along with my PC. I've been reaching up on some reviews and other reddit posts to get ideas of what to look for, but a number of them were older, so wanted to check my information was current. Was recently able to pick up a PS5, and I'm looking to get a monitor to use with it.
